At Unitree Robotics, we stand behind the precision and quality of our robotic systems. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the serial number of your robot to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Safely repack the unit in its original flight case or factory box, including all batteries, controllers, and documentation to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized logistics center; we recommend using tracked shipping for high-value robotic hardware.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the hardware's condition and diagnostic logs, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
